Nation is Coronation’s build-to-rent platform, delivering professionally managed rental homes designed for long-term living. Nation focuses on quality, sustainability and service-led communities that support stability, belonging and everyday life. 

As Coronation's retail and commercial asset manager, Nation maintains an onsite presence supported by the BTR asset management team, utilising digital and onsite platforms that connect residents to retailers. The platform includes an innovative program of precinct-wide marketing and events designed to drive engagement beyond our precinct into the broader catchment.
