The Community Reference Group will continue to meet for project updates and feedback on a six-monthly (or as needed) basis.

We’re excited to announce that Precinct 75 has brand new owners – Home. The company bought the site in November 2020 and, together with a team of well-regarded consultants including COX Architecture, is working to enhance and reimagine the precinct.
Home received a Grant of Consent from the NSW Land and Environment Court on Tuesday 14 March 2023 for the Precinct 75 Redevelopment.
