Design Pop Up 2.jpg

As we head into summer, Precinct 75 will host two Design Pop Up events, showcasing not only our current design tenants at the Precinct (including Uashmama, The Society Inc, Design Twins, Inartisan, Watertiger, Quercus & Co and so much more), but also a raft of guest homeware and fashion brands including Pony Rider, MJG by Mr Jason Grant, Bailey Nelson, Major Minor, Zakkia, Bondi Wash, Addition Studio and Byron Bay Hanging Chairs.

These festival-style events will also offer a range of delicious food options (Vietnamese Street Food by Rice Pantry, Coffee by Sample Roasters, Wine by Urban Winery and sweet eats by Buttercream Bakery), entertainment for the minis, live music… not to mention make up tutorials by Mecca Cosmetica, book signings with Mr Jason Grant and indoor plant advice from The Plant Society.

Make a day of it – bring the family, the pets… all welcome free entry. See Market section below for Visitor Travel information.

The next Market Day is Saturday 11 & Sunday 12 November 2017 - 10.30am to 4.30pm.

We are excited to announce that "The Market Tales" are back and will be operating the next market event at Precinct 75 in November.

Reminiscent of Portobello Markets and NY Williamsburg Market and sprinkled with the sights and sounds of the mercados in Spain, The Market Tales is a unique boutique Sydney market event drawing inspiring merchants and makers, quality pop up restauranteurs and local musical talents.

A playground of narrated laneways where friends and families can explore and buy product from some of Sydney’s freshest creatives as well as from the Precincts strong existing retailers, The Market Tales journey is led by the aromas of quality local and well known restaurants, talented local musicians, workshops and over 50 stalls of treasures in fashion, accessories, homewares, kids and vintage memorabilia. With a touch of the ‘different’ at each event, The Market Tales may surprise you with beard trimming and braids, bike tune-ups, puppy pampering and innovative workshops all designed to entertain and inspire interesting conversation!

Getting to the Markets

Pedestrian Entry is through either our 70 Edith Street or 75 Mary Street entries. We suggest using public transport to visit the markets - Sydenham station is only a 6 minute walk away, St Peters Station is a 10 minute walk if you feel like stretching your legs. Buses run regularly along the Princes Hwy and stop near Edith St, a short walk from there to Precinct 75.

For cyclists, pedal through the 70 Edith Street entry and we have dedicated bike racks located near the main carpark, in between Buildings 9 & 10…….you can’t miss them.

Taxis and Hire Cars can drop you off at either our 70 Edith Street or 75 Mary Street entries. Taxis and hire cars are always close by, simply choose 70 Edith Street or 75 Mary Street, St Peters when you order a pick up.

If you are driving, we have limited on-site parking. Our main car park entry is off Edith Street and clearly sign posted (no vehicle access from Mary Street on Market days).
